Uncharted Collection will add two new difficulty settings

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will add two new difficulty settings to Naughty Dog's acclaimed globetrotting adventure series.

As detailed on the PlayStation Blog, Explorer Mode will make things extra easy for those who just want the story, while Brutal Difficulty Mode will be even more challenging than the previously hardest Crushing Difficulty (which already required completing the game to unlock).

Beyond that, there will be a Speed Run Mode with an in-game timer documenting your attempts through Drake's adventures.

There will also be a built in Photo Mode to best capture Bluepoint Games' improved lighting, textures and rendering. Elena would be proud.

Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection will arrive in the UK on 9th October. See how it looks in motion in its story trailer below:

Prior to this, Bluepoint worked on the HD remasters of Ico, Shadow of the Colossus, and the Metal Gear Solid series.
