This is by far my favorite katana bar-none....it's just evil. And with the right cyberware and other things that increase your crit damage this truly deadly katana can one hit pretty much anything. And that's with or without the katana perks, all that getting the perks do is make this thing even meaner than it already is. However any hit that isn't a critical one deals pretty lack luster damage so increasing your crit chance as much as you can will make those hits appear less often.
Still at legendary status I have made mine have over 1,668 DPS and it's crit damage is at 672% (with all of the scourge mods I've added). Though even without them it's crit damage (when crafted properly) will be over 600% so that alone makes this thing evil.
