GTA IV: Complete Edition out this month

Rockstar has decided to bundle up the Grand Theft Auto IV family into a special edition compilation due out in the States at the end of this month.

The GTA IV: Complete Edition consists of the original game plus the Lost and Damned and Ballad of Gay Tony expansions, and will cost $39.99.

It's due out on both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 on 26th October in the US.

We've contacted Rockstar in the UK to find out whether we're getting it here, but there doesn't seem to be any sign of it on UK retailers' websites despite its appearance on Amazon.com.

GTA IV was released in April 2008, scored 10/10 in its Eurogamer review, and remains the second biggest game launch in UK chart history.

The Lost and Damned followed in February 2009 and picked up 8/10, with Gay Tony doing likewise that November.

The two add-on episodes were originally Xbox 360 exclusives but ultimately also appeared on PC and PS3. Rockstar also bundled them up into an Episodes from Liberty City package.
