Nakmor scouts from New Tuchanka have reported kett ships crashed on Elaaden. They believe this is something that warrants a Pathfinder's attention.
To start this mission you need to complete Know Your Enemy mission and main story mission Hunting the Archon.

1. Check your email
Read the email "Message from New Tuchanka: Troubling Kett Activity" from Nakmor Clan.
Pathfinder,
Nakmor scouts recently returned with a troubling report. Two kett ships crashed on a plateau on Elaaden after taking damage flying through the Scourge. One scout swears she saw one of the ships firing upon the other as they went down, but we are unable to verify this claim.
If there are survivors from this crash, the desert will quickly claim their lives. However, we believe the circumstances surrounding the crash unusual enough to warrant bringing to the attention of the Pathfinder.

2. Investigate the crashed kett ships on Elaaden
Upon approach, you find kett killing kett at the crash site.
3. Defeat the kett
4. Search the site
Find the kett datapad.
5. Speak with Suvi on the Tempest
It appears there are two warring factions of kett. At the crash site, you discovered a strange kett data device. It needs to be brought back to the Tempest for further analysis.
6. Confer with Lexi
7. Locate the source of the signal on Eos
Not all kett follow the Archon without question. Someone is disseminating propaganda and speaking out against him. It might be prudent to investigate the source of this propaganda.
It's in the cave in the middle of the tunnel through the mountain. There is a kett camp there so you have to kill some kett.
8. Scan the relay to track down source of signal
9. Track the signal to the second relay
Go to the point, kill the kett, deactivate the power geneator to remove the shield and scan the relay.
10. Track the signal to the third relay
Go to the point, kill the kett, deactivate the power geneator to remove the shield and scan the relay.
11. Track the signal to the fourth relay
12. Investigate the building
Kill the kett, enter the building and activate the console.
