Cyndaquil, Oshawott, and Rowlet leaks have new final forms in Pokémon Legends: Arceus

Pokémon Legends: Arceus releases at the end of Jan. 2022, but a few retailers missed the memo and divulged a handful of copies of the game before the street date, giving data miners and leakers everything they need to share the contents of the game. These leaks have supposedly revealed the new forms of each of the Hisui region starters' final evolutions.

We've disclosed several leaks below, including links to potential images from Pokémon Legends: Arceus' Pokédex. Proceed with caution and keep in mind that the following information is subject to change when Pokémon Legends Arceus releases on Jan. 28, 2022.

While Cyndaquil's base form remains the same in Pokémon Legends: Arceus, its third and final form boasts a unique appearance and typing. Typhlosion is now a Fire / Ghost-type with an indigo-shaded hide, a sleeker shape, and a different temperament. Hisuian Typhlosion is a stark contrast to the Fire exclusive typing in previous Pokémon entries.

Me: Mom can we get Typhlosion?
Mom: No, we have Typhlosion at home

Oshawatt's last evolution, Samurott, now sports a Water / Dark typing with darker fur and a black and red carapace. The original Samurott is a Water-type Pokémon with much lighter coloring. The dual-type amendment for Hisuian Samurott creates a Pokémon with a new set of skills, weaknesses, and strengths.

They really pulled a digimon with that samurott

Decidueye was originally a Grass / Ghost-type Pokémon since its inception in Gen VII's Sun and Moon, but now the Pokémon brandishes a different dual typing. Decidueye is now a Grass / Fighting Pokémon with brown and red feathers, which sets it apart from its Alolan counterpart.

I think Typhlosion looks ok.
I See no difference with Samurott. And Decidueye... very accurate.
