Disgusting, yet filling.

Yellow Lotus Blossom
Plucked from gently waving lotus blossoms.
It can be gathered from the yellow flowers that usually can be found near the water.
Yellow lotus blossom can be used to craft the following items: Yellow Lotus Potion. This potion resets all previous learned recipes and refunds knowledge points.
Aloe Leaves
This spiky plant has well known medicinal properties.
They can be harvested from the aloe plant, which is a red flower that usually can be found near the water.
Aloe leaves can be used to craft the following items: Aloe Potion. This potion gives the regeneration effect.
Stone
Roughly hewn chunk of stone.
Stones can be picked up off the ground, or mined from various large rocks by using a pick (recommended), axe or weapon.
Stone can be used to craft the following materials: Brick.
Ironstone
Greyish chunk of stone that can be smelted to obtain iron.
Ironstone is obtained from iron nodes, which can be found in the middle of the map.
Ironstone can be used to craft the following materials: Iron Bar.
Coal
The glowing heart of the forge.
Coal is a fuel that can be mined from black rocks, generally found near the middle of the map.
Coal can be used as a fuel for campfire, furnace and firebowl cauldron.
Brimstone
Foul smelling yellow crystals used in dark rituals.
Brimstone is a rare resource that can either be mined from yellow rocks found in caves.
Brimstone can be used to craft the following materials: Steelfire, Dragonpowder.
Crystal
Transparent, shimmering stone.
Crystal can be found inside the caves.
Crystal can be used to craft the following materials: Glass, Dragonpowder.
Shaleback Egg
A large nutritious meal stolen from a shaleback nest.
The shaleback eggs can be found in their nests.
Shaleback egg can be used as a food / water (11/5 points).
Feral Flesh
Raw flesh harvested from small beasts and fowl.
Feral flesh can be found after killing small size creatures and monsters.
Feral flesh can be used as a food (11 points).
Warning: It will turn into Putrid Meat if left uncook. Uncooked meat can be consumed immediately, but will likely poison you.
You can cook it on the campfire and get Shredded Roast.
Savoury Flesh
Raw flesh harvested from common wild animals.
Savoury flesh can be found after killing medium size animals and monsters, e.g. crocodiles or hienas.
Savoury flesh can be used as a food (16 points).
Warning: It will turn into Putrid Meat if left uncook. Uncooked meat can be consumed immediately, but will likely poison you.
You can cook it on the campfire and get Grilled Steak.
Exotic Flesh
Raw flesh harvested from exotic animals.
Exotic flesh is the highest tier of meat, and drops only off the biggest animals, such as rhinos.
Exotic flesh can be used as a food (21 points).
Warning: It will turn into Putrid Meat if left uncook. Uncooked meat can be consumed immediately, but will likely poison you.
You can cook it on the campfire and get Roasted Haunch.
Human Flesh
Flesh torn from other humans.
Human flesh can be used as a food / water (8/-3 points).
Bone
Bones and bone fragments from animals and humans.
Bones drop or can be harvested from dead creatures.
Hide
The untreated skin of a beast.
Hide can be harvested from most small or medium sized animals or humans.
Hide can be used to craft the following materials: Leather, Tar.
Thick Hide
Some creatures have thicker skins than others.
Thick Hide can be harvested from large sized animals, e.g. crocodiles or rhinos.
Thick hide can be used to craft the following materials: Thick Leather, Tar.
Gossamer
Spider silk - soft, strong and lightweight.
Gossamer can be harvested from spiders or picked from the web in spider cave.

Ichor
A viscous, foul smelling fluid collected from arthropods.
Ichor is harvested from spiders and scorpions.

Demon Blood
Black liquid that reeks of the outer dark.

The last lingering presence of the soul.
